This Department leads the Company in preparation of business plans, strategies, customer recruitment, and other related. To effectively support Marketing and Business Development activities with regard to the Business Plan of the company.

The Legal Unit is a dedicated team of legal experts specializing in corporate law, regulatory compliance, contract law, and dispute resolution within the oil and gas industry. Led by the Head of Legal and Company Secretary, the unit delivers strategic legal advice while ensuring corporate governance adherence and effective board governance.

Our legal professionals combine deep industry expertise with comprehensive legal knowledge to protect the company's interests, mitigate legal risks, and facilitate business growth. The unit also manages Board Secretarial Services, ensuring statutory compliance, facilitating board meetings, and maintaining transparent corporate records.
